Grail Terms of Service
Effective date: July 7, 2026
Welcome to Grail. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Grail mobile app (“Grail,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Grail, you agree to these Terms.
If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].
1. Using Grail
Grail helps people find and catalog trading cards at in-person card shows. You may search Grail's listings without an account. Creating an account (via Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In) is required to contribute card listings or save favorites.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use Grail, and you agree to use Grail only for its intended purpose.
2. Your Content
If you contribute card listings, photos, or other content to Grail (“Content”), you are responsible for that Content. By submitting Content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any law or the rights of others.
You retain ownership of Content you submit. By submitting Content, you grant Grail a license to use, display, and process that Content as needed to operate the app, including sharing photos with our AI service provider to extract card information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may remove Content that violates these Terms or that we believe is inappropriate, inaccurate, or harmful, at our discretion.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent card listings
- Use Grail to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Submit content that is unlawful, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt Grail's operation or security
- Use Grail for any purpose other than its intended use in connection with in-person card shows
4. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access to Grail if you violate these Terms.
5. Disclaimers
Grail is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Card details generated through AI-based image analysis may contain errors, and Grail does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing. Grail is not responsible for transactions, disputes, or interactions between users at card shows; any trading, buying, or selling is solely between the individuals involved.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grail and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Grail after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
